I love working for RSPGL because I get to do the things I really have a passion for. The product that the Maintenance Staff puts out on a yearly basis is outstanding. The people i work with all have the same goal in mind, giving the public something they want to come back and play again. Last but not least, Hank, the course superintendent has a great new puppy, His name is Boone."

"Working Grounds Maintenance is getting up before the sun shines to get to the daily briefing for the days plans and “other“ educational conversations with fellow staff members. From there its off to firing up the equipment and venturing out to the great outdoors of the links to manicure the course for the days play with hopes to be done before scheduled play. The brilliant sun rises, an occasional frost, moving lightning storms with rain, fog and rain rainbows make every morning unique. Wildlife and the various species of birds are abundant (newly hatched Killdeers are really cute, Skunks with tails up, not so much). Do your job, and you can pretty much be your own boss. Great crew covering generations. Love the outdoor experience after being behind a desk for forty plus years."
