GOLF OPERATION Jobs
Golf Shop Manager / Golf Shop Assistants
The Golf Shop cannot function without a team to make tee times, check golfers in, administer league play, prep events, run tournaments, sell merchandise, oversee / schedule staff, and help the Pro run all the day to day activities.

I've never met anyone who didn't think this was the best job they ever had. If you enjoy having fun, you can get excited about helping other people get on the Links, and you can tune out all those people who tell you to get a real job (which I refused to listen to, and I turned out OK), then we might be perfect for each other.
Outside Services Positions (Cart Kids)
Behind most great golf courses in our area is a group of great kids working hard keeping everything in tip top shape. Our cart attendants are the first faces customers see when they arrive and the last faces they see when they leave. The cart attendant role is absolutely crucial to the operation as they make the golf amenities possible. If you want to be Proud of what you do every day and make money doing it, keep reading.

Our typical day includes staging the entire cart fleet for the day, ensuring there is adequate clean and bagged range balls, and washing up the cart fleet at night.
If you’re a good person, not afraid to work a little, or you're the parent of kid who needs a huge kick in the ass and a real life reality check, please stop in a fill out an application, we need each other.
Player Assistants (Starters)
One of the most important members of any golf course TEAM is the Starter / Ranger. They ensure that over 200 players a day can move through the golf course smoothly and enjoy their time on the Links. They also play a pivotal role in executing a great golf outing and let’s face it, Royal St. Patrick’s is the king of the golf outing! If you want to be Proud of what you do every day and make money doing it, read on.
Our typical day involves starting groups on the tee box. Making sure everyone gets to the first tee on time and plays at a reasonable pace throughout the round. We will track their start times, turn times, and finish times and might have to “move along” a couple groups that are falling behind for the good of all the other players. We will pair up singles, two-somes, and walk-ons to ensure all the tee times are filled and organized.
On outing days Rangers will arrive a couple hours before the event, bring out any signage or event stakes the event will need, help carry their bags to their assigned carts, and monitor the group so they can all finish at roughly the same time. Once the event is over, rangers will pick up said signage and events before the end of their shift.
If you’re a good person, not afraid to work a little, and can get the point across without being a total ass, fill out online application form (good), email Riley (better), or stop in and fill out an application (best). We need each other.
